The Kwidz App and the myprosperity website located at myprosperity.com.au (Website) are owned and operated by myprosperity Aust Pty Ltd ACN 155 242 185 (myprosperity or us or we). myprosperity is an independent provider of property and financial management tools and platforms accessible via the Website (Platform).

The Kwidz App is available for free download and use solely by current subscribers to the Platform (Subscribers) and their authorised dependants (Permitted Users). It is intended for use as a fun learning tool for children to contribute towards developing financial literacy and responsibility. Unless you are a Permitted User, you must not download or use the Kwidz App, and it will not function as intended or at all. The Kwidz App provides a means of communication between a Subscriber and their dependants in connection with matters covered by the Kwidz App as described here. It is not a means for effecting financial transactions and does not provide any functionality to do so. Any transactions between a Subscriber and their authorised dependants resulting from communications arising from use of the Kwidz App must be effected by the Subscriber via the Platform or their bank, where they have not enabled payment functionality on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions (App Terms), together with our Privacy Policy are the complete terms of a legal agreement between you and myprosperity in relation to access to and use of the Kwidz App by a Subscriber and their authorised dependants. By downloading or using the Kwidz App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these App Terms. If you do not agree to these App Terms, please do not download or use the Kwidz App.

The Kwidz App is intended to be used by Subscribers and their authorised dependants, some of whom may be under eighteen years of age (Underage Dependant). For Underage Dependants, if applicable, the Subscriber authorises and consents to the Underage Dependant downloading and using the Kwidz App in accordance with these App Terms and agrees to be fully responsible for their downloading and use of the Kwidz App.

As a subscriber to the Platform, you previously accepted myprosperity’s Website Terms. By downloading and using the Kwidz App, you confirm your acceptance of the current Website Terms and myprosperity’s Privacy Policy.
